Your recipe is heavy on Vermouth  - personally I like a lot of Vermouth too, but 1:1 is uncommon. 2:1 rye:vermouth is usual. 

However, you&#039;re completely right to fuss with bitters! They&#039;re key to a tasty Manhattan.]]></description>
